Accounts Receivable Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generating and dispatching client invoices while maintaining updated client accounts.

• Introducing new clients, removing dormant clients, and ensuring client contact information is current and invoices are accurate.

• Collaborating with clients to facilitate prompt invoice payments and address any payment issues.

• Conducting daily financial transactions in line with financial policies and procedures.

• Uploading invoices to third-party platforms.

• Creating and sending invoices using Netsuite.

• Managing client accounts in HubSpot CRM.

• Responding to client inquiries via email.

• Processing incoming payments from customers.

• Assisting with invoice payments by sending reminders and reaching out to clients.

• Entering and updating information in spreadsheets.

• Providing backup for other accounting responsibilities as required.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.

• More than 1 year of experience with Netsuite (preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in AR/AP and collections.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

• Practical experience with spreadsheets.

• Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Client-centric mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven capability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• Proficient data entry skills.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
