Accounts Receivable – Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate collection reports for a portfolio of associations.

• Implement the Delinquency Process within the software system for the assigned portfolio.

• Evaluate the Delinquency Maintenance module in the software system for credit and zero balance accounts.

• Prepare lien documentation in accordance with collection policies.

• Release liens for accounts with settled balances.

• Prepare accounts for legal referral to attorneys.

• Communicate with attorneys regarding received payments and open accounts as necessary.

• Interact with residents about their account balances.

• Liaise with site teams concerning delinquent accounts.

• Record legal payments in VMS and maintain appropriate check documentation.

• Ensure organized backup documentation is maintained.

• Establish and oversee payment plans for the assigned portfolio.

• Undertake additional tasks or projects as designated by the department leader.

• Review new correspondences (emails and voicemails) and respond within 24 business hours.

• Conduct daily evaluations of the Delinquency Maintenance detail to close credit and zero balance accounts.

• Record any received legal payments, code them for deposit, and create backup documentation for each deposit.

• Communicate with the association regarding lien and/or legal approval for recommended accounts.

• Update the collection tracker with the processing date and order numbers for completed items after charge application in the software system.

• Prepare any approved liens for recording.

• Get ready any approved accounts for legal referral.

• Conduct monthly reviews of monitored payment plans.

• Confirm legal accounts monthly with onsite personnel and attorneys.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections across any industry.

• Availability to work during the night shift.

• Able to commence work on November 3.
