Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue invoices utilizing Stripe and QuickBooks.

• Accurately log and reconcile client payments.

• Keep current records of invoices, credits, and payments in spreadsheets and on the Growrk platform.

• Analyze aging reports and notify the Specialist of overdue accounts.

• Send initial reminders for overdue payments using pre-approved templates.

• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the Specialist.

• Address routine inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and credits.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to provide accurate information to clients.

• Document frequently asked questions and assist in creating FAQ templates for enhanced efficiency.

• Prepare weekly reports on invoice status and collections progress.

• Assist with reconciliation tasks for month-end closing.

• Keep accounts receivable and collections processes documented and current.

• Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose improvements.

• Test new workflows or automation features developed by the Specialist and Enablement team.

• Provide feedback to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Document revised workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, billing, or similar roles.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Stripe, including invoice preparation, payment application, and account reconciliation.

• Excellent organizational skills and numerical accuracy.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level).

• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
