This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Initiate outbound calls to inform clients about unpaid invoices.
• Utilize the Salesforce platform to send emails regarding invoicing, late fees, and payment reminders to clients.
• Generate and distribute invoices on the first business day of each month.
• Handle 15-20 inbound calls daily to assist clients with billing questions.
• Address client email inquiries related to billing.
• Resolve cases assigned to the Finance Department.
• Process automated payments for clients using Stripe.
• Oversee the procedure for referring delinquent clients to a collection agency.
• Scan checks and allocate them to the correct accounts in Salesforce.
• Monitor incoming ACH transactions and apply the amounts to the right accounts in Salesforce.
• Restrict access to the portal for delinquent clients and restore access once outstanding invoices are settled.
• Manage client deposits through checks, ACHs, and processing automatic payments.
• Foster a direct and positive relationship between the community and the company.
• Previous experience in a Finance or Billing Department is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is advantageous.
• Proficient understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capacity to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new software and use systems accurately while being a natural problem solver focused on creating solutions.
• Capability to work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences.
• Accountability for departmental and organizational metrics, data, and deadlines.
• Quick adaptability, process-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to demonstrating and promoting non-negotiable integrity and respect for individuals in a trusting environment.

• MUST be willing to work in the US Timezone.
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting software is a plus.
