This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage the financial and contractual outcomes of studies.
• Foster a robust relationship and act as the liaison between the clinical team and the Sponsor/Contract Research Organization (CRO).
• Verify and revise study budgets as necessary.
• Process invoices and manage payments from the Sponsor/CRO.
• Conduct reconciliation of study finances.
• Execute Month-End procedures, including revenue recognition and accounts receivable reporting.
• Prepare and follow up on Accounts Receivable statements.
• Responsible for Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and invoicing metrics.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Experience in Clinical Research is preferred, along with a fundamental understanding of medical terminology and a working knowledge of drug development services.
• Familiarity with the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) CRIO is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to interpret contractual payment terms.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft products like Excel and Outlook.
