This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Retrieve and assess Accounts Receivable data and Statements of Account (SOA) in QuickBooks Online for clients with overdue balances.

• Track AR aging and actively reach out to clients regarding outstanding invoices using Microsoft Outlook.

• Dispatch updated SOAs and aging reports to clients promptly and professionally.

• Process and allocate incoming payments, ensuring accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

• Identify aged or high-risk accounts and notify management, providing support for escalation as necessary.

• Review and finalize invoice charges in Crown, the company’s transportation management and billing software.

• Issue invoices to clients through Crown.

• Generate Excel reports of invoiced jobs for upload into QuickBooks Online, coordinating with Honie.

• Engage with clients regarding billing queries for completed jobs via Microsoft Outlook.

• Maintain precise and organized billing records.

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.

• Strong, professional written communication skills for client-facing follow-ups.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented remote environment.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

• Willingness to temporarily broaden responsibilities to cover full AR or Billing functions during team absences.

• Experience with Crown transportation management software is a significant plus.

• Background in freight, logistics, or import/export billing.

• Knowledge of bonded cargo, MAWB/HAWB documentation, or customs-related charges.

• Previous experience working with US-based clients during an EST-aligned shift.
