Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Creating and distributing invoices to clients for products or services provided

• Receiving, logging, and depositing payments from customers

• Reaching out to customers via email or phone to follow up on late payments or address billing issues

• Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve challenges and enhance overall business performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in finance operations with a solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets and integrated management systems (ERP)

• Knowledge of accounts receivable functions, including collections, payment reconciliation, and managing delinquencies

• Expertise in Excel

• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English
