This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conducts thorough daily analyses to ensure the precision and promptness of invoicing, account collections, and supplier payments.
• Evaluates and interprets client contracts for invoicing stipulations.
• Collaborates with Finance and Operations teams to guarantee adherence to company procedures.
• Fosters positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Oversees and manages reporting and visualization tools utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Power BI to pinpoint, investigate, and address account delinquencies.
• Establishes and maintains a historical record-keeping system to facilitate trend analysis.
• Tracks and manages team performance against set benchmarks and targets.
• Formulates and implements strategies to address process inefficiencies.
• Aids in audits and participates in clarifying the company's invoicing procedures.
• Executes additional responsibilities as required to fulfill departmental or organizational needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, including both verbal and written communication skills, capability to collaborate effectively with others, and aptitude for cultivating and sustaining positive working relationships.
• Capacity to independently manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to recognize issues and opportunities, gather pertinent information, and make informed decisions using sound judgment.
• High level of initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to sudden shifts in priorities and work assignments.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities with remarkable attention to detail.
• Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in at least one coding language (e.g., SQL); at least one visualization tool (e.g., Power BI); and advanced Excel skills.
