Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for the AR inbox and phone line, ensuring timely, same-day responses to client inquiries.

• Engage in proactive, relationship-driven outreach to clients regarding account balances, supporting timely payments while fostering strong partnerships.

• Keep comprehensive, well-organized account records and customer communications within NetSuite.

• Work with clients to investigate and resolve billing inquiries, ensuring accurate and current account balances.

• Generate regular AR aging and collections reports to provide leadership with insight into cash flow performance.

• Complete forms requested by customers, handle vendor registrations, and fulfill onboarding requirements to facilitate smooth account setups.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Billing, Legal, and others to ensure efficient management of account matters.

• Assist in maintaining accurate and current customer tax documents to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.

• Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reserve analyses.

• Provide documentation and assistance for both internal and external audits.

• Suggest process enhancements that improve customer experiences and strengthen accounts receivable operations.

• Participate in additional accounting projects as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability.

• Quick learner, capable of adapting to new systems and tools.
