This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately process payments and refunds in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts receivable schedules according to company policies.
• Offer assistance to store locations and internal stakeholders as required.
• Organize and manage meetings with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
• Review and enter credit application information into internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and billing concerns.
• Address customer inquiries related to service and parts within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Make outbound calls to customers and partners to clarify accounts, resolve balances, and encourage timely payments.
• Maintain ongoing communication to meet deadlines and SLAs consistently.
• Undertake other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
• Must be a High School graduate or possess an equivalent qualification, and be at least 18 years old.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced or call center setting.
• Comfortable making outbound calls (experience in collections is advantageous).
• Strong critical thinking skills and active listening capabilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of XLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
