Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process invoices with a high degree of accuracy.

• Oversee the company's expense management program in accordance with established policies.

• Manage payment processing tasks, ensuring that all payments are accurate and timely.

• Adhere to established Procure-to-Pay guidelines and internal controls.

• Aid in cash flow management by keeping precise records of all incoming and outgoing payments.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes within the Procure-to-Pay function.

• Contribute to team leadership by undertaking supportive roles within the team.

• Provide operational assistance to other team members and operations as required.

• Adjust to and undertake additional tasks in response to changing needs.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to less experienced team members as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is mandatory.

• Strong ability to process financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Proficient in following Procure-to-Pay guidelines, ensuring compliance and integrity of transactions.

• Capable of delivering outstanding support and service to internal customers.

• Ability to take on significant roles in process improvement initiatives and support team objectives.
