Accounts Payable Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive, authenticate, and document invoices, boletos (payment slips), and various fiscal and financial records.

• Schedule and execute payments to vendors, service providers, taxes, and general expenses.

• Monitor payment deadlines and guarantee timely transactions.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable reconciliations.

• Ensure documents meet fiscal, accounting, and financial compliance standards.

• Assist vendors with inquiries related to payments.

• Contribute to the financial and accounting month-end closure by supplying necessary information and reports.

• Update supplier databases and banking information.

• Organize and archive both physical and digital departmental documents.

• Aid in the preparation of financial reports and key performance indicators.

• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and financial controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in accounts payable or financial operations.

• Understanding of invoice posting and verification processes.

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and payment oversight.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel is preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Protheus, TOTVS, RM, etc.).

• Basic understanding of fiscal and tax regulations relevant to accounts payable tasks.
