Accounts Payable Analyst – Data & Financial Allocations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing accounts payable concerning invoices and expense reports from receipt through processing, payment, and recording.

• Oversees and evaluates the allocation of invoices to the proper workflow while offering additional support and guidance.

• Assists in and oversees the management of the American Express credit card program.

• Ensures the precise and timely processing of all payables to associates, vendors, and other associated parties.

• Aids in financial and regulatory audits and reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of pertinent experience.

• Familiarity with AP automation software and relevant workflow processes (e.g., Concur, NexusPayables, AvidXchange).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., Lookups, Nested Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
