This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Follow up on overdue invoices using various communication methods such as phone and email.
β’ Professionally reach out to customers to secure payment commitments and address account inquiries.
β’ Accurately process customer payments and allocate receipts within the internal systems.
β’ Keep customer account records updated at all times.
β’ Provide assistance with accounts receivable administration and reporting tasks.
β’ Reconcile payment information and aid in the verification of deliveries and invoices.
β’ Escalate any unresolved payment issues as necessary.
β’ Work in cooperation with internal teams to ensure precise customer billing and effective account management.
β’ Carry out general finance and administrative support tasks as required.
β’ Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or a comparable accounting support position.
β’ Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with customers about their payments.
β’ Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities.
β’ A professional, courteous, and customer-centric approach.
β’ Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
β’ Familiarity with accounting, ERP, or finance systems.
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
β’ Capacity to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

β’ Experience assisting Australian businesses.
β’ Background in wholesale, distribution, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
