Accounts and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead pest control operations across Cleankill and Clearup in London and the South East.

• Direct and manage a field team consisting of over 26 technicians and 4 team leaders.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling of staff.

• Ensure compliance and completion of both commercial and domestic service visits.

• Achieve a PCP state of service target of 95%.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for major commercial clients.

• Address client inquiries, conduct service reviews, and foster strong client relationships.

• Maintain high customer retention rates.

• Supervise RAMS and other industry-related requirements.

• Guarantee team compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor operational KPIs, including productivity, treatment completion, response times, and service efficiency.

• Ensure the quality of service delivery through effective team leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in service management within pest control or a similar distress industry.

• Experience in managing service teams and developing personnel.

• Familiarity with client liaison and larger corporate service level agreements.

• Residing within the operational service area is preferred.

• Knowledge of Cleankill and/or Clearup operations is advantageous.

• Extensive experience dealing with staff and productivity targets is preferred.
