Accounting Virtual Assistant, QBO, Ramp, Gusto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a CPA acting as the CFO of a family-owned construction company.

• Oversee daily bookkeeping activities across various entities using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including billing for vendors and suppliers.

• Create financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) on a regular basis.

• Keep organized, audit-ready financial records and documentation.

• Oversee corporate card expenditures and expense management through Ramp.

• Handle payroll processing and manage employee records using Gusto.

• Deliver regular summaries and highlight any matters that require the owner's attention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting VA, or finance support roles.

• Hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) — ESSENTIAL.

• Direct experience with Ramp for managing expenses and corporate cards — ESSENTIAL.

• Practical knowledge of Gusto for payroll processing and employee management — ESSENTIAL.

• Ability to manage finances across multiple entities simultaneously.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Proficiency in English — both written and verbal.

• Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines without close supervision.

• Must be available to start immediately and commit to a full-time, long-term position.

• Candidates should have genuine, verifiable experience with all three tools: QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ramp, and Gusto.

• Candidates lacking proficiency in any one of these three tools will not be considered for this role.
