• Oversee daily accounting functions, encompassing both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Address escalations concerning financial discrepancies, ensuring prompt and precise resolution.
• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliation, and the month-end closing processes.
• Guarantee adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and standards.
• Cultivate robust and enduring customer relationships.

• Manage sensitive customer data with utmost care and security.
• Implement the latest best practices for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level for both spoken and written).
• Solid accounting background with proven experience in financial operations is essential.
• Capability to manage escalations and resolve financial issues effectively.
• Proficient in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.
• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk ticketing systems is a significant advantage.
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CET.
