• Accounts Receivable (AR): Timely generation and dispatch of invoices to clients.
• Track incoming payments and actively pursue outstanding balances.
• Reconcile accounts and address any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain precise records of all receivables transactions.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process and verify vendor invoices and payments efficiently.
• Ensure prompt payment of bills and expenses.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Keep organized records of payables and supporting documents.
• General Accounting: Oversee and maintain financial data utilizing QuickBooks.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare basic financial reports as required.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and accounting standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a 4-year course.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, effective follow-through, and excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to structured processes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and similar applications.
• Willingness to work an 8-hour graveyard shift aligned with U.S. business hours (PH Time).
• Reliable internet connection (Minimum 100MBPS Download Speed; Minimum 50MBPS Upload Speed) and dependable computer equipment (Minimum Intel Core i5 or equivalent with at least 8GB RAM) - Backup device required.
• Professional demeanor, coachable, and receptive to feedback and role reassignment as necessary.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Strong comprehension of basic accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
