Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable & Payable, Cosmetic/Medical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete cycle of accounts payable and receivable, along with bookkeeping functions.

• Supervise the generation of invoices and their transfer from the ERP system to QuickBooks Online.

• Generate customer invoices and address any billing discrepancies that arise.

• Handle customer inquiries related to invoices and payment concerns.

• Conduct basic financial reporting and assist with month-end reconciliation tasks.

• Actively identify errors and escalate issues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping within the cosmetic, medical, aesthetics, or healthcare sectors (mandatory).

• Proficient hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated accounting processes.

• Background in managing invoicing and accounts receivable/payable in regulated, product-driven settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must possess prior remote work experience and be adept with remote collaboration tools.
