Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable, Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online.

• Manage the creation of invoices and their transfer from ERP systems to QuickBooks Online.

• Generate customer invoices and address any billing discrepancies that arise.

• Process a high volume of emails and transactions on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping within the cosmetic, medical, aesthetics, or healthcare sectors.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience with ERP-integrated accounting processes.

• Excellent English communication abilities.

• Prior remote work experience with companies based in the US or UK.
