Accounting Services Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Sales execution. You will oversee a pipeline of incoming leads and assist the Head of Sales in advancing deals. Over time, you will have the chance to manage the complete cycle for smaller engagements — conducting discovery calls, crafting proposals, and finalizing sales.

• CRM & administration. You are responsible for HubSpot. This entails maintaining clean data, accurate contact records, current deal stages, and supporting outbound initiatives with organized follow-up. You will also create and manage proposal templates as necessary.

• Internal coordination. You ensure that progress is continuous. You will monitor ongoing tasks, draft follow-up communications, and hold senior team members accountable for pipeline commitments — including prompting cross-functional teams when deals require acceleration.

• Client onboarding. After a deal is finalized, you remain engaged. You will coordinate intake forms, engagement letters, and internal transitions, acting as the liaison between sales and the delivery team until the client is completely handed over.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or client-facing business development role.

• Proficiency in CRM systems is required (HubSpot is strongly preferred).

• Experience in supporting executives or senior team members in an administrative or coordination role.

• Detail-oriented with data management. You keep records clean and accurate and can identify when things are falling behind.

• Excellent communication skills. Email and digital correspondence are essential components of this role.

• You take ownership of your responsibilities. You are aware of every detail and resolve issues proactively.

• Persistent follow-through. Senior leaders do not intimidate you; you will send a third follow-up because it is the right action to take.

• Acts with intention and prioritizes effectively amidst competing demands.

• A professional demeanor. Imagine a junior sales representative who is also the most organized individual in the room — assertive, amiable, and consistently on top of things.
