• Oversee the daily synchronization of bank feeds, transaction categorization, and reconciliations.
• Ensure the general ledger is maintained in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments at month-end.
• Conduct reconciliations for both bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Handle accounts payable, categorize expenses, and manage vendor documentation.
• Review, process, and dispatch invoices via ConnectWise PSA.
• Document and reconcile incoming payments from various platforms.
• Assist in collections and engage with clients regarding billing questions.
• Address quote requests with same-day responses whenever feasible.
• Investigate vendor pricing and generate quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
• Implement suitable pricing and markup strategies.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes, vendor deliveries, and pending orders.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams on order statuses and timelines.
• Draft and maintain client agreements and procurement records.
• Input and reconcile payroll information within QuickBooks.
• Submit sales tax and California e-waste tax returns.
• Prepare and file annual 1099 forms.
• Assist CPA firms during audits and tax preparation activities.
• Oversee month-end closing procedures, including COGS, depreciation, prepaids, and fixed assets.
• Generate financial statements, reconciliations, and cash flow summaries.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online settings and GL mappings.
• Ensure that integrations between ConnectWise PSA and QuickBooks operate smoothly.
• Manage ticket workflows in ConnectWise PSA, guaranteeing proper ownership and updates.
• Keep organized documentation and ensure operational accuracy across various systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and U.S./California accounting practices.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with proactive follow-ups and managing multiple workflows concurrently.
• Availability to work remotely during Pacific Time business hours.

• Background in an MSP, IT services, or technology-focused organization.
• Experience in procurement or quote desk operations.
• Familiarity with IT products, vendors, and purchasing processes.
• Certification or advanced experience with ConnectWise Manage PSA.
• Experience in payroll processing and tax filing.
• Proven ability to enhance workflows through automation or AI tools.
• Enjoy remote work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (no weekends).
