Accounting Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily accounting functions at AmpiFire.

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our financial records.

• Manage payments and payroll, addressing finance-related support inquiries.

• Play an active role in a long-term QBO remediation and automation initiative.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance Operations Manager and engage directly with our external accounting teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience with QuickBooks Online — QBO ProAdvisor certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and rectify disordered financial records — you have previously tackled and resolved complex financial situations.

• Experience in multi-entity bookkeeping — you possess the skills to manage accounting across various legal entities without losing continuity.

• Strong reconciliation skills and a passion for financial precision — you ensure that nothing is overlooked.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal — you articulate your thoughts clearly and proactively seek clarification when needed.

• A remote-first mindset — you excel in asynchronous environments, effectively manage your time, and meet deadlines independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of personal responsibility — you acknowledge your errors and resolve them promptly.
