This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee corporate accounts payable and accounts receivable, including accounts receivable analysis, collections, and vendor inquiries.
• Manage the Ramp platform by processing transactions, overseeing cards and approvals, coding expenses, and reconciling activity.
• Handle vendor and contract management, which includes onboarding, record maintenance, monitoring renewal and compliance terms, and updating ACH/payment information.
• Assist with intercompany billings and reconciliations as required.
• Generate invoices and record charges in tenant ledgers.
• Provide assistance for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting, which includes generating, modifying, preparing, and formatting monthly financial reports for Bridge33.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation within electronic filing systems, including maintaining the integrity and hierarchy of the Accounting Dropbox folder.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve issues and address inquiries.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and initiatives as necessary, including those that may involve ambiguity or lack clearly defined processes.
• Maintain and update accounting and financial information in accordance with established standards and systems.
• Demonstrate flexibility to assist various colleagues within the Accounting and Finance Department, prioritizing and balancing diverse responsibilities.
• Effectively track and communicate the status of workflow tasks to supervisors.
• Maintain accounting and financial files, including financial workbooks, property spreadsheets, and trackers.
• Collaborate with internal business units and other accountants to input information into financial workbooks.
• Aid in the monthly reporting process.
• Check emails daily, managing both personal and accounting inboxes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA/CMA designation is preferred.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in finance, financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems is preferred.
• Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
