Accounting Manager – Corporate Overhead & Close

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Take full ownership of the monthly close process for the corporate overhead and HoldCo entity.
• Prepare and record all journal entries associated with corporate overhead.
• Ensure that all overhead entries are accurately allocated or charged to the relevant operating entities.
• Manage intercompany accounting across three areas: trade, debt, and shared expenses.
• Oversee accounting for payroll costs within the corporate overhead entity.
• Handle the accounting for all corporate debt instruments.
• Assist in the consolidation process utilizing OneStream.
• CPA certification required, or actively pursuing it.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or corporate setting.
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting — including intercompany, consolidation, debt accounting, and expense management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience in supporting or operating within a public company environment is advantageous.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple closing deadlines concurrently.
