This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Evaluate and authorize account reconciliations to guarantee precision and completeness.

• Review and sanction journal entries in line with accounting standards and company guidelines.

• Create technical accounting journal entries and associated account reconciliations for transactions as they occur.

• Conduct allowance analysis and compute key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by business line.

• Prepare the monthly consolidated balance sheet, cash flow statements, and profit & loss reports.

• Facilitate annual audit procedures, which include managing PBC requests and liaising with auditors.

• Carry out tie-outs and reconciliations of annual financial statements, aiding in the creation of accurate financial reports.

• Collaborate closely with the CAO and gain insights into CFO-level reporting and initiatives.

• Continuously enhance accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.

• CPA certification is preferred.

• Experience in public accounting is advantageous.

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience is required.

• Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Experience in supporting month-end close, audits, and the preparation of financial statements.

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software are necessary.
