This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections, including management of the dunning process.
• Provide support for accounts payable and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Aid in month-end activities, which includes financial planning and analysis (reporting and financial analysis).
• Execute month-end commissions processing with precision and within tight deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of audits.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise; this role demands flexibility and a readiness to contribute where necessary.
• 4-6 years of practical experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, commissions, and financial planning & analysis.
• Familiarity with Xero, Rillet, or comparable accounting software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently change and new projects emerge regularly.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills across various functions.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver results consistently.
