Accounting Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute data entry tasks to update and sustain precise financial records.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure correctness.

• Detect and rectify discrepancies within accounts.

• Uphold general ledger entries and journal entries.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Engage in special projects and analyses as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable accounting role, particularly focused on Accounts Payable.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills with a solid understanding of cash flow concepts and principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside critical thinking and interpersonal abilities.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple objectives simultaneously.
