This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with management reports for property portfolios.
• Execute full-cycle general ledger accounting, which includes journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
• Reconcile rent rolls, bank accounts, and balances in the general ledger.
• Manage and track accounts payable and receivable for properties, covering tenant rent, security deposits, and fees.
• Analyze lease agreements for accounting implications, focusing on rent escalations, renewals, and modifications.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepare annual property budgets, and help with cash flow monitoring.
• Collaborate with property managers regarding financial inquiries, budget variances, and reporting for owners/investors.
• Aid in audits, tax filing support, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with trust account regulations and other applicable legal requirements.
• Provide support to Australian clients and work alongside property managers and stakeholders on property portfolio accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or property funds is preferred.
• Proven experience with rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, tenant billing, lease evaluations, and property-level financials.
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and compliance, including GST and BAS support.
• Experience in managing trust accounts where applicable.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficient in handling month-end journals, accruals, amortization, and variance analysis.
• Must have self-provided equipment that meets specified computer, operating system, monitor, headset, webcam, backup power, and internet requirements.
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 40–50 Mbps for both download and upload.
• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to meet BIR self-registration, NBI or Police Clearance, and government-issued ID requirements.
• An English proficiency test is required.
• Capability to submit a 1–2 minute self-introduction video.
• Openness to comply with Wingman IT, cybersecurity, monitoring, and productivity standards.
• Agreement as an independent contractor under Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd. and Singapore law.
• Willingness to provide references and consent to background and qualification checks.
• A dual-monitor setup and a quiet, adequately spacious, closable work-from-home environment are necessary.
