Accounting Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Record and categorize accounting transactions;

• Enter expenses that do not have invoices;

• Assist in the posting of various revenue streams, including financial income;

• Enter payroll-related transactions;

• Document accounting entries for tax payments and tax documentation;

• Aid in the bank reconciliation processes;

• Reconcile accounts for customers and suppliers;

• Assist with the controls and reconciliations of recoverable and payable taxes;

• Support routine activities within intercompany transactions;

• Provide assistance in the management of fixed assets and their depreciation;

• Ensure that accounting records and departmental documents are well-organized and current.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting (Accounting Sciences)

• Familiarity with accounting processes

• Required experience with SAP Business One

• Basic to intermediate skills in Excel.
