This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Input all invoices into the Syncore system and/or QuickBooks.
• Generate weekly check runs according to cash flow.
• Bill all clients upon the completion of their orders.
• Conduct routine collection communications.
• Distribute past-due notices and statements.
• Handle royalty entries and submissions.
• Provide assistance with year-end financial statements.
• Ensure transactions are posted efficiently and accurately.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Executive Team.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Highly skilled in Excel.
• Possess a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous training.
• Passionate about business development and working with numbers.
• Capable of executing clerical tasks to assist supervisors, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting issues.
