Accounting and Financial Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate students in an online setting.

• Assist in developing essential skills such as academic writing, research techniques, and time management.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions to address doubts, provide academic guidance, and review assessment drafts.

• Advise on pertinent reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and provide comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee and manage discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate roles and/or in teaching within relevant fields.

• A compassionate, driven, warm, and sociable demeanor.

• Proficient in the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have a functioning laptop and reliable access to high-speed internet (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Ability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction.
