Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of vendor invoices.

• Manage weekly payment cycles and conduct large-scale invoice reconciliations.

• Follow up on collections for low-risk and routine customer accounts.

• Address customer inquiries regarding payments and invoice issues.

• Ensure the general ledger is maintained accurately and prepare month-end analyses.

• Provide support to sales and customer service teams when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting-related roles, preferably in Accounts Payable/Receivable.

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.

• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems, with Microsoft Dynamics being a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
