📋 Description

• Develop realistic Excel assignments based on accounting tasks, which include enhancing existing models, correcting flawed models, and constructing new ones from a brief.

• Analyze each assignment to determine a clear and accurate solution.

• Formulate specific yes-or-no criteria to enable evaluators to assess attempts.

• Participate in a 30-minute group walkthrough call.

• Create and submit one original assignment along with its brief and necessary input workbook(s).

• Collaborate with reviewers to create a detailed yes-or-no rubric after testing the assignment against current leading AI models.

• Complete tasks on an independent-contractor, task-based arrangement.

• Operate without access to confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, or institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting under IFRS or US GAAP, either in practice or in-house.

• Extensive practical Excel expertise, encompassing financial reporting, three-statement checks, purchase accounting, error identification, and pivot tables.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Openness to learning concepts related to AI and evaluations.

• Capability to work as an independent contractor.

• Provide an original assignment, brief, and human-created input workbook(s) during the onboarding process.

• Utilize real sanitized data or publicly available data, ensuring the source is credited.

• The use of AI in creating the submitted task materials is strictly prohibited.
