This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Execute the monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
• Conduct analysis and reconciliations of accounting accounts, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare financial statements and accounting reports in accordance with current regulations.
• Ensure compliance with monthly and annual tax obligations, as well as applicable tax regulations.
• Manage and control accounting processes using ERP systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of information.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits, providing the required documentation and support.
• Develop financial reports and indicators to assist in business decision-making.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations in accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Keep accounting records updated in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounting Analysis, or Tax positions.
• Proven experience in accounting closures, financial analysis, and preparing information for decision-making.
• Up-to-date knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Knowledge of tax regulations and fulfillment of monthly and annual tax obligations.
• Experience using ERP systems for accounting management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot tables, Data analysis, Reconciliations, Reports, and indicators.
• Experience in optimizing and automating accounting processes.
• Participation in internal controls improvement projects.
• Ability to generate financial analyses that add value to the business and facilitate decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and results orientation.

• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
