This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding accounting and operational services to our clients.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping standards.

• Facilitate the client onboarding process for all assigned engagements in line with established procedures.

• Implement processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, monthly closing of books, and the preparation of financial reports and analyses, as applicable.

• Work collaboratively with your manager and other Associates on your team to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our services through prompt and effective communication.

• Oversee daily client relationships while adhering to established processes and budgetary constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• At least 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly book closing, and financial reporting and analysis.

• More than 1 year of transactional accounting experience utilizing QuickBooks or NetSuite.

• Experience in a multi-client setting is highly preferred.

• Willingness and ability to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
