This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and appropriate approval routing.
• Assist with activities related to accounts payable, including vendor communications and payment processing support.
• Support the onboarding of vendors and ensure compliance with requirements (W-9 collection, banking verification, 1099 documentation, etc.).
• Help perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Aid in maintaining precise inventory records and support inventory tracking efforts.
• Assist with conducting inventory counts and reconciling inventory records.
• Maintain records of fixed assets, including their additions, disposals, and transfers.
• Provide support for monthly closing activities by preparing schedules and necessary documentation.
• Organize and uphold accounting records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Assist HR with various ad hoc activities and reporting tasks.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
• An associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite and Bill.com is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of basic formulas, filters, and lookups preferred.
