This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute precise BAS submissions
• Uphold organized financial documentation
• Offer clients clear and actionable financial insights
• Prepare and submit accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
• Ensure GST and payroll obligations are reconciled and adhere to ATO regulations
• Maintain precise financial records and comprehensive accounts for a portfolio of clients
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams to guarantee the accuracy of transaction entries
• Aid in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant in Australian Accounting
• Exceptional communication skills
• Prepare and submit accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
• Maintain precise financial records and comprehensive accounts for a portfolio of clients
• Proficient in using cloud-based systems like Xero and Dext
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Provide payroll assistance and maintain strong communication with clients
• Ability to identify additional AI-driven applications and evaluate their practical implications
