This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute general accounting tasks, which include month-end closing, the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis.
• Compile monthly working papers for APAC legal entities.
• Assist with corporate secretarial functions, tax reporting, and fulfill statutory audit requirements.
• Manage and supervise the payroll process across designated entities.
• Oversee daily treasury operations such as bank transactions, cash flow management, and payment processing for vendors, consultants, and employees.
• Evaluate employee expense claims and credit card transactions for precision and compliance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the APAC Finance Director.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in an Accountant position is required.
• Audit experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of delivering results efficiently.
• Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work under pressure to meet business needs within tight deadlines in a complex, hands-on operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications.
• Capable of working effectively independently.
• Adaptable and able to swiftly respond to a dynamic and changing business environment.
• Experience with SAP Business One or S4 Hana, along with Salesforce, is a plus.
