This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional leadership and retail store contacts.
• Support retail store merchandising efforts, including layout, signage, pricing, and cataloging.
• Instruct and oversee testing protocols.
• Conduct install sales calls alongside Territory Sales Managers to enhance commercial sales volume and expand the customer base.
• Participate in customer events such as trade shows, open houses, and regional/national meetings.
• Engage in sales market blitzes both within and outside the assigned territory to boost account-related sales growth.
• Travel primarily within the designated region and between major markets.
• Advocate for retail sales of Clarios products.
• Minimize return rates.
• Provide training for associates.
• Verify testing equipment functionality.
• Ensure compliance with POS standards.
• Cultivate positive relationships with national accounts.
• Complete additional field-assigned and related responsibilities.
• Must reside within the assigned region of Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, and Washington DC.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing position is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the geographic territory and nationwide.
• A positive demeanor, high energy, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, integrity, and self-motivation are essential.
• Enjoyment of travel is a must.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Capability to perform consultative/solutions selling and promote retail sales growth.
