This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into customer systems, workflows, challenges, and goals
• Create and uphold a strategic technical roadmap tailored for each account
• Conceptualize and specify customized technical solutions that showcase return on investment
• Organize and guide technical specialists in providing demonstrations, benchmarks, evaluations, and ROI modeling
• Build trust through consistent delivery and a solutions-oriented approach
• Foster enduring technical partnerships with clients
• Collaborate with Account Executives to pinpoint cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Lead and mentor the resolution of intricate technical issues referred by Customer Success
• Degree, education, or equivalent professional experience in AECO or Data and Platform solutions
• Over 8 years of experience in customer-facing positions
• Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous
• Preferably familiar with the Autodesk solution portfolio (AECO – Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations)
• Outcome-oriented mindset when addressing customer challenges
• Experience or interest in a sales-supporting role (e.g., presales)
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Skillful in influencing through persuasion, negotiation, and building consensus
• Team-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EMEA region
