This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Generate reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Offer administrative assistance to the sales team, especially during the onboarding process for new customers.
• Set up platforms and tools, which includes creating user accounts and establishing business rules.
• Oversee customer documentation, such as contracts and purchase orders.
• Refresh internal invoicing systems with updated customer information.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Assist in coordinating internal events alongside the sales team.
• Assess incoming leads and ensure they are accurately directed and followed up on.
• Prior experience in a sales support role is advantageous.
• Background in sales and customer relations in English is necessary.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Power BI is a plus.
• Fully remote working model.
