Account Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Exhibit confidence and authority as the primary voice of the agency team on a daily basis.

• Exemplify project leadership—well-prepared, proactive, thorough, and precise.

• Build rapport and trust with a variety of staff members assigned to your accounts—recognizing the expectations of others, identifying team and project requirements, and remaining open to multiple perspectives.

• Provide mentorship and support to Account Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators, fostering their growth and development.

• Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through additional contacts.

• Produce internal project estimates and work collaboratively with PM/PC to create timelines.

• Convey client needs and expectations to the internal agency team through the development of project briefs and communication in internal meetings with the cross-functional agency team.

• Track project estimates against actual time and cost accruals.

• Review monthly account billing for accuracy and completeness in line with client purchase orders.

• Assist in the creation and approval of scopes of work, including project descriptions, assumptions, and estimates.

• Support tactical planning and brand strategy initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency setting.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to manage a diverse array of projects.

• Demonstrated supervisory experience along with strong mentoring abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a wide variety of projects and team members.

• Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.

• Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.

• Experience with product launches.

• Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or other digital routing and MLR platforms.

• Strong financial management skills within budgetary constraints.
