Account Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of designated projects for assigned accounts

• Foster strong relationships with designated clients and external agency partners

• Collaborate with Creative Services, Strategic Services, and Project Management teams

• Engage in the brand planning process for assigned accounts

• Discover new revenue opportunities within the assigned accounts

• Review creative and production materials, ensuring client approval is coordinated

• Draft and review relevant client documentation

• Work alongside project management to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

• Surpass client expectations through effective management of assigned accounts

• Possess in-depth knowledge of digital communications

• Ability to evaluate daily situations and make informed decisions based on various factors

• Exhibit a strong passion for technology and emerging media

• Be a collaborative team player who advocates for the team and understands client needs

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a pharmaceutical-related field

• Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
