This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of client marketing initiatives.
• Taking charge of daily account operations and facilitating coordination among internal teams.
• Contributing to strategies focused on performance improvement.
• Managing workflows and maintaining client communications.
• Linking performance metrics to insights, recommendations, and client objectives.
• Acting as the primary client liaison, handling communications, follow-ups, and requests with minimal supervision.
• Establishing strong working relationships through consistent and reliable execution and communication.
• Leading segments of client meetings, including status updates and detailed reporting sessions.
• Managing the execution of timelines, deliverables, and workflows for assigned accounts.
• Juggling multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring deadlines are achieved in fast-paced environments.
• Keeping essential account documentation, such as trackers, timelines, and reports, organized and up-to-date.
• Proactively identifying potential risks to timelines or deliverables and escalating issues as necessary.
• Assisting in tracking budget and project scope at the individual project level.
• Starting to link performance data to campaign strategy and client goals.
• Contributing to reporting efforts, including drafting insights and recommendations.
• Collaborating with media and analytics teams to guarantee data accuracy and actionability.
• Coordinating with various departments, such as web development, media, creative, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
• Reviewing deliverables to confirm they are accurate, complete, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Upholding high-quality standards while managing multiple deliverables.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and others.
• Experience in travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships.
• Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is an advantage.
• Practical experience in media execution is a plus.
