This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Promote products to achieve or surpass sales targets in community/private practices and hospitals/health systems.

• Adhere to all company policies, complete necessary reports, fulfill requests, ensure promotional compliance, and effectively manage AbbVie field assets.

• Identify and address customer needs (training, clinical, operational, reimbursement) with the appropriate AbbVie resources.

• Deliver expert anatomical and procedural information and training, utilizing proper anatomical terminology to instruct on injection paradigms/postures while emphasizing various anatomical and injection insights and considerations.

• Provide education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and other essential hospital personnel.

• Collaborate with fellow Account Specialists to promote the product for approved indications and carry out individual, departmental, or group resident/fellow training within hospital/health system accounts.

• Efficiently leverage AbbVie's sales and data resources to boost productivity and growth of AbbVie products while executing the U.S. Marketing Plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.

• Relevant and equivalent industry experience, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, must include at least five (5) years of technical experience, with three (3) or more years in a sales role preferred, and a high school diploma/GED is required.

• Ability to manage a complex sales process, rapidly learn procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical information, and effectively communicate/present/train to diverse audiences.

• Capability to lift/pull training models weighing 25–100 lb. and meet necessary hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements.

• Ability to travel adequately to cover the territory, including overnight attendance at scheduled training events and sales meetings.

• Proven track record of strong sales performance, ideally in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role involving multiple decision-makers.

• Must fulfill all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain access to facilities and organizations within your assigned territory.
