This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Promote the product to achieve or surpass sales targets in community/private practices, hospitals, and health systems.
• Establish and nurture relationships with neurology, pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, primary care, pharmacy, urology, urogynecology, obstetrics and gynecology, female pelvic medicine, ambulatory surgical centers, and reconstructive surgery accounts/departments.
• Adhere to company policies, submit required reports, fulfill requests, and comply with promotional guidelines.
• Manage AbbVie field resources effectively.
• Identify customer needs concerning training, clinical, operational, and reimbursement issues.
• Address customer needs using appropriate AbbVie resources.
• Provide anatomical and procedural information and training.
• Educate customers on injection techniques, postures, anatomical insights, and considerations.
• Offer education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and hospital staff.
• Collaborate with other Account Specialists to promote the product for approved uses.
• Conduct resident/fellow training sessions within hospital and health system accounts.
• Leverage AbbVie sales and data resources to improve productivity and drive product growth.
• Execute the U.S. Marketing Plan effectively.
• Travel as needed to cover the assigned territory and attend scheduled overnight training events and sales meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is required.
• Relevant industry experience in place of a bachelor’s degree requires a minimum of five (5) years of technical experience.
• Preferably three (3) or more years of sales experience.
• A high school diploma/GED is required.
• Capability to manage a complex sales process.
• Ability to swiftly learn procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical information.
• Proficiency in communicating, presenting, and training diverse audiences.
• Capability to lift/pull training models weighing between 25–100 lbs.
• Must meet necessary hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements.
• Ability to travel as required to cover the territory.
• Willingness to attend scheduled overnight training events and sales meetings.
• Documented history of strong sales performance is preferred, particularly in clinical, technical, or consultative sales involving multiple decision-makers.
• Must meet all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned facilities and organizations.
• Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain HCIR credentials.
• HCIR requirements may include background checks, drug screenings, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses.
