This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develops and nurtures strong working relationships with designated business accounts.
• Acts as the primary daily contact for program administrators or relationship managers.
• Addresses, investigates, and resolves operational challenges faced by customers using a Consultative Account Management approach in every client engagement.
• Aims to be a strategic asset by supporting delinquency management, client systems, and program implementations.
• Advocates for standards with clients and processes by transitioning from paper reports or other inefficient program management methods to promoting the use of electronic and web-based solutions.
• Enhances quality by identifying and reporting issues while keeping an accurate record of assigned portfolio specifics.
• Ensures high service satisfaction by following up on client inquiries, delivering training, and providing timely updates.
• Collaborates and communicates with internal teams and individuals to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
• This position is highly client-facing, with responsibilities involving customer interactions primarily conducted via telephone or email communication methods.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Generally requires three to five years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and relations skills, including the ability to effectively, tactfully, and knowledgeably handle complaints, issues, and general inquiries from both customers and non-customers.
• Proficient telephone skills, including active listening and demonstrating courtesy, empathy, and accuracy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all pertinent operational processes, procedures, and company products and services.
• Skilled in navigating all relevant computer systems to extract reports, assist clients, and troubleshoot technical difficulties, among other tasks.
• Capability to perform interest calculations and account modifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
