This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Handle a significant volume of both incoming and outgoing communications to promote customer payments and address outstanding past-due account balances.
• Conduct thorough documentation of all account activities and information, including verifications, demographic updates, and notes on calls related to account servicing.
• Employ all available skip tracing tools to make contact with customers and facilitate payment arrangements.
• Review and monitor customer accounts on a daily basis to reduce potential losses.
• Take necessary actions on accounts requiring further attention with manager approval.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant laws applicable to the role.
• ALL employees must be on camera while working remotely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local laws, as well as regulations and rules related to collections.
• Professional and articulate phone demeanor, along with excellent verbal communication skills and proper English grammar.
• Strong active listening skills and the capacity to influence others.
• Proficient in computer applications including Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to foster a team-oriented atmosphere and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• MUST possess a smartphone capable of downloading applications for remote work purposes.
