This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Maintain a professional tone and respectful demeanor in all communications with patients or authorized parties by consistently delivering exceptional "patient-focused service."
• Rigorously adhere to the Company’s compliance guidelines and expectations, including Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• Follow the Company’s call structure expectations, which encompass proper collection steps and techniques.
• Accomplish all designated goals.
• Accurately identify individual account situations and provide suitable resolutions.
• Correctly update account statuses and amend relevant windows/fields within those accounts for potential follow-up.
• Offer pertinent information by effectively utilizing all available tools and resources to aid in account resolution.
• Maintain route maintenance backlog at an acceptable level.
• Identify urgent issues and escalate them to management as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management, avoiding unproductive group conflict or negativity.
• Represent the Company positively through professional behavior, attitude, and appearance.
• Adhere to Company confidentiality and security policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Previous collection experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient conflict resolution skills.
• High attention to detail is essential.
